Online Story Hub respects copyright and expects contributors to submit only material they own or have permission to use. If you believe a page infringes your rights, send a complete notice through the Contact page and use “Copyright notice” in the subject.
What to include
- your full name and reliable contact details;
- identification of the copyrighted work or authorized representative capacity;
- the exact Online Story Hub URL and a clear description of the disputed material;
- the action you request;
- a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We may ask for clarification, preserve evidence, restrict access during review, notify the contributor, or reject an incomplete or abusive notice. Where a United States DMCA process applies, a valid counter-notice may be forwarded to the complainant and material may be restored after the statutory period unless court action is reported.
Fair use and false claims
Copyright does not prohibit every quotation, review, parody, or transformative use. A complaint should consider applicable exceptions. Knowingly material misrepresentation can cause harm and legal liability.
Contributor responsibility
Contributors should keep drafts, source records, permissions, and publication agreements. If a legitimate rights issue arises, we expect timely cooperation. Removal from our server may not instantly remove search caches or third-party archives.
