A useful message reaches the right person quickly. Before writing, choose the closest subject below and include the details we need to understand the request. We read every genuine enquiry, but a clear subject line and exact page URL can save several rounds of email.
Use the submission form
Please do not paste a complete story into the general contact form. Read the submission guidelines first, then use the dedicated story form so the title, genre, summary, biography, and declaration arrive together.
Point us to the exact passage
Include the page URL, the sentence or fact in question, the reason you believe it should change, and a reliable source where relevant. We review credible correction requests under our editorial policy.
Identify the work clearly
For a rights request or infringement notice, include your identity, the protected work, the exact URL, your relationship to the rights holder, and the action you are requesting. See our Copyright & DMCA page for the complete notice requirements.
Describe the project, not the whole manuscript
Tell us the genre, approximate word count, stage of the draft, preferred service, deadline, and the main problem you want help with. We will request sample pages if needed.
General enquiry form
Use this form for partnerships, accessibility feedback, advertising questions, technical problems, press enquiries, and anything that does not belong in the story-submission form. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, identity documents, or other sensitive data.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge ordinary enquiries within five business days. Acknowledgement is not always a full answer: copyright notices, complex corrections, manuscript questions, and commercial proposals may take longer to review. Messages received on Indian public holidays or weekends are handled on the next practical working day.
If you have not received a response after seven business days, you may send one polite follow-up using the same email address and subject. Repeated messages sent through several channels can slow the process because they create duplicate records.
What helps us respond
- Use a specific subject such as “Correction request: title of page” rather than “Important.”
- Include the full URL when writing about a published page.
- State the outcome you are requesting.
- For partnership enquiries, explain the audience, proposed activity, timeline, and any commercial arrangement.
- For technical issues, tell us the device, browser, page, and what happened.
- For accessibility problems, describe the barrier and any assistive technology involved.
Safety and privacy
Messages are used to answer the enquiry, keep necessary records, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties. They may be handled by hosting, email, security, or professional service providers acting for us. Please read the Privacy Policy for more detail.
Online Story Hub will never ask for your WordPress password, bank PIN, one-time password, or complete payment-card details through this form. If a message claiming to represent us asks for those items, do not reply. Contact us independently through this page.
